We launched Steak Night in February 2026, featuring Filet Mignon done to perfection, shoestring potatoes fried in beef tallow, goat cheese mashed potatoes and asparagus, Later in the year, we added a surprise starter and dessert. A seafood option of yellowfin tuna came in during Lent and remained on the menu due to its popularity.
